Really good value. The place isn't going to blow your socks off, but for $70 I was more than impressed with what I got. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pretty well maintained, etc. Only reason this isn't getting a 5 star is well, it's not a 5 star hotel. I will definitely stay here again though.

Do not stay at this hotel. Top 5 Reasons to never stay at this hotel... 1. Rooms are dirty...curtains stained, carpet stained, lamp shade stained, and disheveled bed. 2. In room refrigerator sounds like a Cessna is taking off (good luck sleeping) 3. Bathroom features mold and darkness. Spotlight light fixtures have non-spotlight fluorescent bulbs so the bathroom is DARK. 4. If you are looking for a beautiful view from your room, this hotel offers nothing but the most spectacular indoor hallway views. 5. I hope you are not a clean person because there is no hot water in the shower. Pull into the parking lot and sleep in the back of your car - you will be far more comfortable.

Loved it! We did change rooms twice but that did not matter! They were very helpful with that issue! Breakfast was amazing compared to other hotels, beds were comfy and the shower was a dream I would say! They have a pool which is great for kids and a fitness rooms and a pin pong table! We stayed there because we went to zion which is about 1.5 hours away but it was doable! There are plenty of food places around, a Costco nearby ( 6 miles away) which was great for gas. I would recommend this hotel!!

Got to the room and it's ok at a glance, not updated by all means and I was ok with that for the price I got at hotwire (meh). It has a clean appearance again at a glance but a closer look you'll find the room is not clean whatsoever. We found dead insects in the corners of the baseboards and behind furniture. Smells grungy and just felt this hotel just doesn't have any pride of service especially when you see Jimmy cricket making house next to your bed. So we went to the front desk and requested a change of room, and they were kind to do so... they actually updated us to a suite which was nice... but then again the suite has a more than a few flaws. Wall paper falling apart, water damage around tub, partially updated but failed attempt, and still behind the night stand garbage. It was late and didn't wanted to get some sleep so we took it at least we didn't have any uninvited guest that we saw in the corners. Don't recommend this hotel at any cost, when you pay for a service no matter the price you should at least pay for cleanliness, right!!! I think so and therefore rate this a 1 star if possible a zero star hotel. Lexington in St. George get it together or get shut down by the county, eh!

I found this place on Hotels.com after days of checking out what place would give me the most bang for my buck. We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for my cousin's wedding. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole lodge feel to it - definitely a family friendly hotel. There were so many reviews complaining about the little details but I found it to be a super comfortable hotel with great service, nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. I also thought that it was nice that they had an indoor/outdoor pool but wished it was open 24 hrs as it stays warm through out the night there in St. George. I would definitely stay here again. The beds are super duper comfortable! You instantly succumb into a deep slumber when you lay down on these beds and the pillows are just as heavenly!!!!

This is my second night of a three-night stay here for work. My room is clean and the staff are friendly, but the entire hotel smells a bit stale and stagnant. My bed is comfortable, but you'd better like very thick pillows if you stay here. My primary complaint is about technical issues with the phone and internet here. The phone in my room wasn't working when I tried to use it, and the receiver and cord had to be completely replaced. The staff member who fixed it was very nice though. As I write this review, the wireless internet here has been down for about 2.5 hours. I was told that they would restart the router, which they did at least twice, with no results. An hour ago I was told that the ISP would have the issue identified and hopefully resolved in 5-30 minutes. I had planned on getting some work done on my laptop tonight, but I don't think that will be happening now.

My review is based on overall value. I'm not trying to compare this to a Marriott Courtyard or similar, but to other hotels that you could get for around $70/night. I've stayed here 3 times and all three times the rooms have been clean, the full buffet breakfast is pretty good and the reception was very friendly and helpful. I also leased their board room for a 3 day meeting as well and while the chairs were a bit old, I was impressed with the value and convenience of this room as well. I did not swim in the pool, but it looks nice. The internet is a bit spotty and in 1 of the rooms I had a really hard time connecting to it. I also stayed in a room on the outside, that I'm guessing somebody had a pet in there before us as my allergies went crazy in that room. Overall, a huge step up from Motel 6, but not going to meet the expectations of a Marriott or Hilton customer.

Probably the worse places to stay the rooms are dirty and dusty. We usually check the rooms before we start unpacking and we found an old Vicks bottle under the bed and coins on the ground.. We also got locked out of our room due to the latch getting jammed! We wanted to speak to a manager but when we asked where they were they weren't there so who runs this place?! Also the housekeeping ppl are smoking on the stairwell and when u walk down they don't even move! There also employes complaining about the amount of work they have to do and blasting their car stereo in the guest parking lot.. The managers supposedly run the complimentary breakfast in the morning so hopefully they'll call us tomorrow

Typically when I book a hotel, I look for one just above the average cost in that area. I do this because I don't mind paying for good service and a pleasant experience, and if you give me that I believe you earn the right to charge a little more. Let me summarize my stay at Lexington: overpriced and astonishingly unpleasant. Not a single staff member felt the need to warn me that there was a large youth event occurring during my stay at the time I booked the room, and the uncontrolled children literally overran this cheap motel. My fiancé and I thought we may seek some solitude in the jacuzzi, but we were wrong. We were joined by a teenage boy that started to masterbate right in front of us, and then walked from the jacuzzi to the pool at full mast when confronted about this inappropriate conduct. When I sought help from the front desk, they said they would find out who did it and discipline him... However no mention of what would be done about the amount I paid for this unforgettably disappointing vacation. It's a shame... The town and surrounding areas are worth the drive. Beautiful country!

Just don't. The rooms are dingy, filthy, and dilapidated. The bed is not comfortable and you can tell it's quite old and in need of some serious updating. We only stayed one night because my daughter had a softball tournament. We left and went to another hotel for Saturday night.

We were willing to overlook the shabby lobby due to the niceness of the front desk, that was until my son brushed against a scorpion on his way to the bathroom in our room! Yep, they apologized as they charged my card. Need I say more?

My husband and I have stayed here a few times when we're in town. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had made reservations once and came in a day late. They didn't charge us for the day that we missed. That was much appreciated. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are small though. You have to lift up your legs when sitting in the bathroom to close the door. There really isn't much room in there. They have a decent breakfast. The kitchen staff is comprised of older women and they're always super friendly, nice and helpful. The room rates are decent also.

The price great, got it through Priceline. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK but the waffles were excellent, but i was grateful for it being included with the room. The bathroom was small but the shower head, water pressure and instant heat was refreshing. The bed was super comfortable....had two great nights sleep. They are pet friendly, not sure for big dogs, for another $25. I would recommend

Really great people! Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff were lovely. That said, facilities here are sub-par. "Free Wi-Fi" means you have to sit in the lobby for access (we chose this hotel precisely because they offered free Wi-Fi - I left my husband in our room each evening to sit in the lobby and answer work emails) and there is serious need for HVAC expertise. Our room had no windows, and a sign above the thermostat reading, "To ensure optimum performance, please do not set below 70". The climate in our room was unbearable. Hot, humid, stuffy, and always remarkably noticable when entering our room from the lobby. Nobody slept well. Plusses? Excellent pool. Excellent workers (if a bit homogenous, in makeup as well as attitude). But Disgraceful HVAC system. Yucky restaurant. Pre-2000 era Internet service.

The only reason why I stayed here was because it was a weekend with an event in town and this was the only hotel with an opening. They had a 2 week cancelation policy, which is absurd, but I needed the room for a business trip and had no choice. This hotel is old and disgusting!! The carpets are torn and filthy. They initially had me in a downstairs, king room and the door faced the outside parking lot. As a single female traveler, I do not like to stay downstairs. So, they "upgraded" me to a king "suite". Don't know how they found this terminology, because it was anything but a "suite". I had a Jacuzzi bathtub that was gross, and the only window overlooked the inside pool of which had screaming people until 10pm. My room was also across from the ice machine and the staircase so I had plenty of noise and activity that could be heard in my room. No rest for a weary business traveler. The room coffee was horrible as the pod did not fit the coffee maker. Overall, this room was horrible and would never stay there again. Also, there is NO elevator so plan to carry your bags up the stairs.

This is definitely an older hotel and it doesn't have elevators, in case you're planning to bring heavy luggage. I didn't try the on-site restaurant. The room was ok, but it had a noisy air conditioner. The location of the hotel is nice, within minutes of downtown St. George and Snow Canyon and has easy access to the freeway.

Old Hotel you can easily tell! The staff is very nice however you have to remember you are in an LDS community and if you ask where the nearest watering hole is your gonna get the looks! Bathrooms in the room are SMALL! Not made for Big Girls! Other then that it was great! Other than room service YUCK
